Nibsa S.A. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was CLP 2,478.52 million compared to CLP 2,519.46 million a year ago. Net loss was CLP 1,678.44 million compared to net income of CLP 94.91 million a year ago. Nibsa SA is a Chile-based metallurgical company engaged in the manufacture and commercialization of products for water and gas networks in iron, bronze and brass. The Companyâs range of solutions includes the development of taps, valves, connection systems, filters and water purifiers, among others. On May 2014, the Company's subsidiary, Servicios y Representaciones Nibsa Limitada, acquired 5,200 shares of Elster Medicion SA from Elster Medicion SAU; the Company holds remaining 4,800 shares (48% stake) of Elster Medicion SA.
