NHN Entertainment Corp. (KOSE:A181710) agreed to acquire an additional 6.42% stake in Piolink, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A170790) for KRW 5.9 billion on December 16, 2014. NHN Entertainment Corp. will acquire 0.33 million shares. In a related transaction, NHN Entertainment Corp. will subscribe 1.4 million shares of Piolink, Inc. Board of Directors of NHN Entertainment Corp. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on December 16, 2014. The scheduled acquisition date is February 27, 2015. As of February 27, 2015, there is an amendment in the agreement. The scheduled acquisition date after amendment is March 31, 2015. As of March 11, 2015, the scheduled payment date has been changed from February 27, 2015 to March 11, 2015.
