Nexus Real Estate Investment Trust Announces January and February 2018 Distributions, Payable on February 15, 2018 and March 15, 2018 Respectively

Nexus Real Estate Investment Trust ("Nexus" or the "REIT") announced that it will make a cash distribution in the amount of $0.01333 per unit, representing $0.16 per unit on an annualized basis, payable February 15, 2018 to unitholders of record as of January 31, 2018. The REIT will also make a cash distribution in the amount of $0.01333 per unit, representing $0.16 per unit on an annualized basis, payable March 15, 2018 to unitholders of record as of February 28, 2018.
Nexus Industrial REIT is a Canada-based open-ended real estate investment trust. The Company and its subsidiaries own and operate commercial real estate properties across Canada. It has a portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties in Canada, with a focus on acquiring and owning industrial properties. The Company owns a portfolio of 115 properties (including two properties held for development, in which the Company has an 80% interest) comprising approximately 12.1 million square feet of gross leasable area.
