On January 18, the concert, comprising Crédit Mutuel Arkéa and Suravenir, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa executives, La Mondiale and Nexity executives and managers, declared to the AMF that it had fallen below the thresholds of 20% of Nexity's capital and voting rights.

The concert now holds 11,146,586 Nexity shares, representing 19.86% of the real estate group's capital and voting rights. This crossing of thresholds results from the withdrawal from the concert of a legal entity holding 0.44% of the shares.

This withdrawal follows the dissolution of the company New Port, after the repurchase of its shares (remunerated in Nexity shares held), the corresponding reduction in its capital and the recomposition of the concert around Alain Dinin.
