Nexa Resources Peru SAA, formerly Compania Minera Milpo SAA, is a Peru-based company engaged in the exploration and exploitation of mines, as well as in the production and sale of zinc, copper and lead concentrates. Its activities include the operation of mining units established in Cerro de Pasco and the Ica Region. It is also involved in the mining projects, such as Hilarion, a poly-metallic extraction project established in the Ancash Region; Pukaqaqa, which focuses on the exploration and exploitation of copper in the Huancavelica Region; Magistral, which is related to the exploration and exploitation of copper in the Conchucos District, Ancasch Region; Project in Chapu mining unit, which concentrates on the exploration of copper sulfides, as well as Shalipayco, a polymetallic mining site. The Company owns such subsidiaries as Minera Pampa de Cobre SA, Minera El Muki SA, Rayrock Antofagasta and Milpo Andina Peru SAC, among others.
