NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of New Toyo International Holdings Ltd (the "Company") will be closed from 9 October 2020 after 5.00 p.m. to 12 October 2020 (both dates inclusive) for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlements to the Interim Tax Exempt One-Tier Dividend of 0.60 Singapore cent per ordinary share (the "Interim Dividend") for the financial year ending 31 December 2020.
Duly completed transfers in respect of the Company received by the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services, 80 Robinson Road, #11-02, Singapore 068898 up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 9 October 2020 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the Interim Dividend. Shareholders whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 9 October 2020 will be entitled to the Interim Dividend.
Payment of the Interim Dividend will be made on 20 October 2020.
