New Source Energy Partners L.P. (NYSE:NSLP) (the "Partnership") announced today that the Board of Directors of its General Partner has declared a cash distribution for the fourth quarter of 2013 of $0.575 per unit, or $2.30 per year on an annualized basis, for all outstanding units.

The fourth quarter distribution will be paid on February 14, 2014 to all unitholders of record on January 31, 2014.
