On January 6, 2022, Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. (the "Company"), issued a press
release announcing preliminary fourth quarter 2021 and full year 2021 net
product sales results. The Company's financial statements for the fourth quarter
2021 and full year 2021 have not yet been completed and could result in changes
to these preliminary net product sales results. The press release also contained
certain expected future milestones related to the Company's products and product
candidates. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this
Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
