Netwealth Group Limited announced that Grant Boyle, the current CFO and Joint Company Secretary, has retired effective on 31 January 2025. The company announced that Jodie Henson, who is currently Joint Company Secretary will be the sole Company Secretary. Jodie Henson the Chief Risk, Legal and Governance Officer, will become the primary person responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.
