Departure of an Officer

On August 2, 2021, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of nDivision Inc. (the "Company") accepted the resignation of Lane Sorgen, the Chief Revenue officer of the Company. There were no disagreements between Mr. Sorgen and the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices which resulted in his resignation.

Mr. Sorgen will be appointed to the Company's Executive Advisory Board to continue to assist the Company achieve its long-term growth strategies.
