NanJi E-Commerce Co., LTD (SZSE:002127) agreed to acquire Bellvilles Apparel Co.,Ltd. from Milestone Apparels Limited, Li Yujing, Huang Yihong, Li Anbo, Huang Yueli and Huang Yuehan for CNY 45 million on August 18, 2022. As per consideration, A total of CNY 4.5 million shall be paid to the Chinese seller within three (3) working days after the entry into force of this agreement and based on the relevant provisions of this Agreement the final payment of CNY 4.5 million will be paid with in 6 months. As of year ended 2021, Bellvilles Apparel Co.,Ltd reported total assets of CNY 6.8916 million, total common equity of CNY 3.6517 million, revenue of CNY 0.5542 million and net income of CNY 0.6835 million.
