Nabtesco Corporation announced that it has passed a resolution on changes in directors and others at its Board of Directors' meeting held today, in consideration of the results of deliberations made by the Nominating
Committee, which is an advisory body to the Board of Directors. Changes of representative directors: Katsuhiro Teramoto from Representative Director Chairman of the Board to Director Chairman of the Board. Atsushi Habe from Director Managing executive officer to Representative Director Managing Executive Officer. Scheduled date is Late March 2023. Atsushi Habe Education: Kansai University Faculty of Business and Commerce (1985).
