Partners and Advertisers

MyScreen (PINKSHEETS: MYSL) (FRANKFURT: WICI) announced today that
they have partnered with recognized national retail brand builder
Zimmerman Advertising. Zimmerman will quarterback a team of global
Omnicom units, to facilitate global advertising sales and brand
development.

"The team at Zimmerman Advertising, led by Jordan Zimmerman,
demonstrated the passion, enthusiasm, and ideas that made their firm
the best choice to assist in developing the MyScreen brand globally,"
said Raghu Kilambi, EVP/CFO of MyScreen. "Zimmerman Advertising as
part of the largest worldwide agency, Omnicom, will prove to be a
great global partner in branding as well as helping to attract
carrier partners and advertisers. We're thrilled to have them assist
us with our global expansion."

MyScreen is a patent-pending, non-intrusive marketing and advertising
solution that compensates mobile subscribers for allowing targeted
rich-full screen, contextual advertisements to be displayed on their
mobile device at the end of a call or SMS. No user behavior
modification is necessary. The ads are displayed at the end of a call
when the subscriber is most receptive to receiving messages and
acting upon them. The ads never interfere with the subscriber's
regular phone usage.

The combination of portable digital screens, rich subscriber profiles
and location-based technologies makes mobile the most accountable
medium for advertisers. Mobile phones have become an integral part of
consumer life and the rapidly expanding screen size and resolution
makes today's phones the billboards of tomorrow.

Leading global wireless company Orascom Telecom, led by billionaire
Naguib Sawiris recently invested $10 million for an approximate 10%
stake in MyScreen. Many industry leaders, including Google, predict
that within the next three to five years, mobile ad spending will
surpass Web ad spends. Trade publication eMarketer projects worldwide
mobile ad spending to increase to $20 billion by 2012.

By aligning itself with a company pioneering this ad model, Zimmerman
recognizes the scale of this shift. The Zimmerman/Omnicom team will
begin by conducting a massive segmentation study. With target markets
defined, advertising partners will assist MyScreen in its global
roll-out.

"We believe that MyScreen's technology is visionary and will create a
wave of impact in the world," said Cliff Courtney, Executive Vice
President, Chief Strategic Officer at Zimmerman. "First, it delivers
intensely targeted messages critical to brand and retailer success.
Second, it allows mobile phone consumers to be compensated for
viewing ads. Everyone wins."

"Nobody has ever had a vision to fully activate the 'third screen'
the way MyScreen has," said Jordan Zimmerman, founder Zimmerman
Advertising. "We are very excited to work with MyScreen to help bring
their solution to market and engage consumers. Further, we are
excited to be able to offer this visionary mobile media channel as a
'first in' opportunity for our Omnicom partners and their clients. By
aligning with telecom and advertising partners, we will assist
MyScreen in becoming the industry leader for mobile advertising.
Forming a union between global mobile and communication giants
creates a truly unique partnership."

Zimmerman's group will recommend value propositions and customer
segments to ensure MyScreen continues to deliver value to both
consumers and mobile operators. MyScreen selected Zimmerman for its
deep understanding of how to activate consumers' behavior and use
data to make critical targeting decisions for selling ads. Marketers
and advertisers have to consider the digital media options to engage
audiences, especially with the younger generation.
