Musgrave Minerals Limited reported that drilling has recommenced at the Break of Day gold deposit and at the new Louise discovery. Current diamond drilling at Break of Day is focused on extensions to the high-grade shoots where Musgrave intersected 11m @ 54.0g/t Au in drill hole 17MORC084 which is outside the current resource boundary and open down plunge. The diamond drilling program that commenced in early December is progressing well and is expected to take another four to six weeks to complete with first assays returned in early February. An initial 1,200m, 9 drill hole program of reverse circulation (RC) drilling has also commenced at Louise to follow-up the near surface discovery intersection, 4m @ 15.4g/t Au from 79m down hole in 17MORC112. The drilling is expected to take approximately seven days to complete with first assays expected in late February. The wholly owned Break of Day gold deposit is part of the Company's Cue Project in the Murchison region of Western Australia. Break of Day hosts a combined (Indicated and Inferred) Mineral Resource of 868kt @ 7.15g/t Au for 199koz Au. The gold mineralisation is currently open along strike and down plunge with the high-grades contained within distinct shoot plunges. The Twilight and Velvet gold lodes were intersected in the final three drill holes from the 2017 RC drill program but returned low grade assay intervals. The Cue Project (the Project) is located in the Murchison district of Western Australia with important key tenure wholly owned by Musgrave Minerals. The Project consists of the Moyagee Gold and Hollandaire Copper Resources. The company believes there is significant potential to extend existing mineralisation and also discover new mineralisation within the Project area, shown by the recent drilling success at Break of Day and Louise. Musgrave's aim is to double the resource at Break of Day and to commence development studies to commercialise the value of the discovery.
