Multibax Public Company Limited approved to Allocate as dividends distribution from the retained earnings and the business operation of the fiscal 2022 at the rate of THB 0.50 per share, at its AGM held on April 11, 2023, and whereas the Company has made the interim dividends payment from the retained earnings and the business operation period 1 January - 30 June 2022 at the rate of THB 0.12 on 8 September 2022, therefore, the balance of the dividends shall be paid from the retained earnings and the business operation period of 1 July - 31 December 2022 shall be at the rate of THB 0.38 per share which to be the total sum of THB 72,920,153.58 from the total issued ordinary share as of the date of set up the list of eligible Shareholders to receive the dividend payment (Record Date) on 3rd March 2023 of 191,895,141 shares. The abovementioned dividends payment at the rate of THB 0.38 per share shall be paid from the net profit which has paid 20% corporate income tax, and the natural person shareholders shall be entitled for dividend tax credit, per Section 47 bis of the Revenue Code. The Shareholders who are entitled to receive the dividends payment at the rate of THB
0.38 as mentioned in Item (1) above, are the Shareholders on the date of set up the list of eligible Shareholders to receive the dividend payment (Record Date) on 3rd March 2023. The Company shall pay the dividends to the shareholders on 2 May 2023.
Multibax Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based manufacturer and distributor for polymer bags. The Company produces packaging bags, which can contain fresh foods, such as meat, vegetables, fruits and cooked foods, as well as a range of versatile bags according to the needs of domestic and international customers.
