Motic (Xiamen) Electric Group Co.,Ltd at its EGM held on June 30, 2020 approved appointment of Yang Zesheng as director and Xiao Wei as independent director. Also appointment of Cheng Xin and Chen Peikun as Supervisor.

The Electrical Business segment mainly produces and sells insulation products and other related components for the power transmission and transformation industry and is engaged in the technology research and development and operation of the energy Internet.
