Open Joint Stock Company MOSTOTREST approved Denis Kulikov as board of director, at AGM held on June 28, 2013.

The Meeting also approved the company's 2012 cash dividend in the amount of RUB 7.8 per ordinary share, payable within 60 days of the dividend decision. The dividend record date was set at May 16, 2013.
