Morgan Stanley Smith Barney will partner with the American Heart Association ? Westchester and Fairfield Counties, to host the annual Go Red Women's Leadership Breakfast at the Firm's Westchester campus on National Wear Red Day, Friday, February 3.

The breakfast is open to the public and will feature keynote speakers Sheila C. Johnson, CEO Salamander Hotels and Resorts, LLC and Carla Harris, Managing Director, MSIM, Head of Emerging Manager Program and the author of Expect to Win. James Tracy, National Sales Director, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Maria Freburg, 2012 Go Red For Women Chair, American Heart Association ? Westchester and Fairfield Counties, will host the event.

The breakfast takes place Friday, February 3, 8:00 a.m. at the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Headquarters: 2000 Westchester Avenue, Auditorium, Purchase, NY 10077. Sheila C. Johnson is an entrepreneur and philanthropist whose accomplishments span the arenas of hospitality, sports, TV/film, the arts, education, women's empowerment and community development. In addition to leading Salamander Hotels & Resorts, Ms. Johnson is Vice Chairman of Monumental Sports & Entertainment and President and Managing Partner of the WNBA's Washington Mystics. She is the first African-American woman to have a stake in three professional sports teams, including the Washington Wizards (NBA) and the Washington Capitals (NHL) and is also a founding partner of BET (Black Entertainment Television).

Carla Harris is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management where she heads the Emerging Manager Platform, provides investment advice to corporations, public pension plans, foundations and endowments and acts as Chair of the Board of the Morgan Stanley Foundation. Ms. Harris was recently named to Fortune magazine's list of "The 50 Most Powerful Black Executives in Corporate America" and Black Enterprise magazine's "75 Most Powerful Blacks on Wall Street."
