As announced on 3 September 2021, Northern Lights Minerals Pty Ltd has the right to acquire a 100% interest in the Focus Assets. Part of the consideration of C$500,000 in cash or shares is due on 1 December 2021. The Company has elected to pay a portion of the consideration of C$150,000 by the issue of shares.
