High Hampton Holdings Corp. announced the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer David E. Argudo. Following the resignation, the company's Board of Directors has appointed the current Director and Sr. VP of Corporate Finance Christian Scovenna as the interim CEO who will serve in this position as final preparations are made for Mr. Argudo's successor.

Christian Scovenna has been an integral member of High Hampton's management team from the beginning and brought the High Hampton story to the capital markets. He has spearheaded all capital market initiatives to date and is largely responsible for the company's continued success in raising capital. The company also announced that the current COO, Paul Mann, has been terminated effective immediately.
