Mobile Tornado announced that Leeds Bradford Airport has entered into an agreement with one of the Company's resellers to equip its workforce with Mobile Tornado's technologies for critical communications. LBA, Yorkshire's airport, will be using Mobile Tornado's push-to-talk over cellular ("PTToC") solutions to provide instant communications with individuals and groups in a targeted and coordinated way to improve safety, efficiency and productivity in complex daily operations. The Company understands that LBA is one of the first airports in Europe to upgrade its radio system to a PTToC platform.

LBA made the move as part of its ongoing investment programme in people and technology. Mobile Tornado targets sectors that depend on fast, robust and reliable communications between individuals and groups. The low-cost technologies are deployed in more than 30 countries worldwide with mobile operators, government agencies and private enterprises.

The Company provides best-in-class, seamless switching between 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G mobile and WiFi networks and is available via the latest ruggedized handsets and smartphone application for Android and iOS operating systems. The contract was won by Storm, a key reseller of Mobile Tornado technologies and is initially for 200 user licences.
