Ji'an Mulinsen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 2,056,826,700 in an equity round of funding from existing investor MLS Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002745) on January 29, 2019. Post the closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 1,243,173,300 to CNY 3,300,000,000. Post the closing, the investor will continue to retain its stake of 100% in the company. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the investor at 31st meeting of the 3rd directorate. The transaction is subject to approval from the shareholders meeting of the investor.
MLS Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of light emitting diodes (LED) packaging and application products. The Companyâs main products include LED lamps, Surface Mounted Devices (SMD) series and LED applications, among others. The Company's products are mainly used in indoor and outdoor lighting, lamps, landscape lighting, home electronics, traffic signals, flat panel display and lighting engineering. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
