Miwon Specialty Chemical Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A268280) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 30,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price.
The program will expire on July 18, 2023. As of April 17, 2023, the company had 114,000 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
