Miris Holding publ AB is a Sweden-based company active within the medical equipment industry. It develops, manufactures and sells equipment for analysis of liquids in foodstuffs, breast milk and medicines. The Company's technology is based on mid-infrared (MIR) transmission spectroscopy. The Company’s product portfolio comprises analysis instruments, such as Dairy Milk Analyzer, Human Milk Analyzer and a range of accessories; LosStandard, a thermally and chemically treated reference sample; LosMixer, a robust homogenizer, and LosSolver, which speeds up the homogenization process.The Company sells its products in 45 countries, while its largest markets are China, South Korea, India, Spain, Italy, the Nordic countries, the United Kingdom and Germany. As of December 31, 2011, it had two wholly owned direct subsidiaries: Miris AB and L O Sjaunja AB, as well as an indirectly held subsidiary, Miris India Private Ltd.
