According to the resolution of the Board of Director Meeting No. 1/2018 held on January 17, 2018 of Minor International Public Company Limited ('the Company', 'MINT'), the Board resolved to appoint Mrs. Kobkarn Wattanavrangkul as an Independent Director and Audit Committee of the Company in replacement of the resigned director.
The appointment will take effect on January 18, 2018.
