On August 18, 2020, Milton Corporation Limited announced that an external director candidate, Stephen David Mayne, has been nominated and submits himself for election as a director of the Company. Milton Corporation stated that it is not in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders that Mayne be elected as a director and recommended that shareholders vote against resolution 3.
