Miahelsa Corporation is mainly engaged in the pharmaceutical business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Pharmaceutical segment operates dispensing pharmacy that dispenses medicines to patients based on prescriptions issued by medical institutions at Nissei Pharmacy. The Nursing Care segment provides nursing care services based on the Nursing Care Insurance Law, Elderly Welfare Law and related law on ensuring stable living for the elderly. The segment provides services such as home care support, home-visit nursing and other services. The Daycare segment operates licensed daycare centers, certified daycare centers and in-house daycare centers. The Company is also engaged in the supply of food for school meals to approximately 170 public elementary and junior high schools, and the wholesale of food for nurseries, nursing homes and other general restaurants. The Company also operates the franchisee stores of the home delivery sushi chain Gin no Sara.
