Re : Announcement for Dividend Payment and the Record Date for the right to obtain the dividend of Multi-NationalResidence Fund (MNRF)

As MNRF has the policy to pay the dividend to unitholders not exceed 4 times per year at the minimum rate of 90% of its annual net profit or will pay the dividend from the retained earnings.

On 24 May 2022, the Property Investment Committee had agreed to the dividend distribution for the period 1 January 2022 - 31 March 2022. The dividend payment from Net Profit will be at Baht 0.0130 per unit. With this, the record date will be on 8 June 2022 for the unitholders' right to obtain the dividend. The dividend will be paid on 24 June 2022.
