Resignation of a Member of the Board of Directors and bridge financing provided

Rome, 6 October 2016 - Methorios Capital S.p.A. ("Methorios" or the "Company"), an independent advisory firm, reference player in the advisory services for corporate finance transactions for global SMEs, listed on the AIM Italia/Mercato Alternativo del Capitale of Borsa Italiana and the Alternext in Paris, announces that today Mr. Maurizio Tondo resigned as CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of the Company for personal reasons.

The Board of Directors, following the resignation, is now composed of: Paolo Cacciari (Chairman), Andrea Suriano (Deputy-Chairman), Gianmarco Mascia (Director) and Andrea Arcangeli (Independent Director).

The Board of Directors sincerely thanks Mr. Maurizio Tondo for the activity he carried out for the Company.

The Company also announces that today it has received a communication from the two relative majority shareholders, NSFI S.r.l. (former Lujan S.p.A.) and Futura Funds SICAV Plc, (which, according to the information currently available to the Company, respectively own 16.59% and 32.14% of the share capital) that they have provided the bridge financing for a total amount of € 200,000 (as specified in the press release as of 30 September 2016) in order to sustain the Company until the date of the Shareholders' Meeting.
