An unknown private entity reached an agreement to acquire 62.5% stake in mineral claims in the Ring of Fire region of the James Bay Lowlands, Ontario from Metalex Ventures Ltd. (TSXV:MTX) for CAD 0.28 million on October 25, 2019. As consideration Metalex Ventures is to receive 2.78 million common shares which is approximately a 29% ownership interest in the private entity.
