Marina Holdings, Inc. acquired 3.91% stake in Metalabs Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A090370) from Golden Core Co., Ltd. and Eunhye Lee for KRW 6 billion on June 18, 2019. Marina Holdings acquired 2.2 million shares at a price of KRW 2760 per share. Golden Core sold 0.87 million shares and Eunhye Lee sold 1.31 million shares.
