Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited Announces Cessation of Ng Cher Yan as Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, and as a Member of the Nomination Committee and the Risk Management Committee

Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Ng Cher Yan retired as a Director at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on 25 April 2017. As a result of his retirement, Mr. Ng also ceased to be Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, and a Member of the Nomination Committee and the Risk Management Committee respectively.
