The board of directors (the "Board") of Medicskin Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Friday, 11 August 2017 for the purposes of, among other matters, considering and approving the unaudited consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended 30 June 2017, considering the payment of an interim dividend, if any, and transacting any other business.

As at the date of this announcement, the executive directors are Dr. Kong Kwok Leung, Mr. Lo Kwok Bun, Ms. Kong Chung Wai and Ms. Sin Chui Pik Christine, and the independent non-executive Directors are Mr. Chan Cheong Tat, Mr. Lee Ka Lun and Mr. Leung Siu Cheung.
