Medical System Network Co., Ltd. (TSE:4350) agreed to acquire Nagatomi Chozai Yakkyoku, K.K. from 4 individuals for ¥3.2 billion on December 6, 2018. As per the terms, Medical System will acquire 600 share in Nagatomi Chozai. As of September 2018, Nagatomi Chozai Yakkyoku reported net assets of ¥2.7 billion, total assets of ¥ 3.7 billion, sales of ¥3.8 billion, operating profit of ¥172 million and net income of ¥109 million. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of Medical System Network on December 6, 2018. The transaction is expected to be completed on January 8, 2019. The deal has also incurred an advisory cost of ¥303 million.
