The Board of Directors of MCOT Public Company Limited (MCOT) at the meeting no. 11/2022 held on August 11, 2022 at meeting room 601, 6th Floor, Administration Building 1, MCOT Public Company Limited, 63/1 Rama IX Road, Huay Kwang District, Bangkok 10310 acknowledges resignation of Assoc. Prof. Kasemsarn Chotchakornpant, from the position of President of MCOT due to health conditions, effective September 1, 2022.

Consequently, the Company will proceed with the selection and appointment of a new President/ Director-General, who is legally qualified and possesses no prohibited characteristics as prescribed in the Company's Articles of Association and relevant laws, and will inform our shareholders of such appointment.
