Maximaa Systems Limited announced that, Mr. Mayur Shah has vacated his office as Executive Director of the company effective from the date of Board Meeting held on November 14, 2019. Mr. Mayur Shah however continues to be on the Company's Board as Non-Executive Director designated by the Board with effect from 14th November, 2019.
