Masterplast : Information on the share capital increase of PIMCO Kft.

MASTERPLAST Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: 8143 Sárszentmihály, Árpád u. 1/A., hereinafter referred to as "Company", "MASTERPLAST Nyrt.") hereby informs the honourable Investors that in view of the fulfilment of the terms of the investment agreement with Selena FM S.A. (registered seat: Legnicka 48a, 54- 202 Wrocław, Poland, company registration number: 0000292032) the share capital of PIMCO Kft. was increased on 6 November 2023, on the basis of which the ownership and voting rights of MASTERPLAST Nyrt. and Selena FM S.A. are 50-50%. With the increase of the share capital, the share capital of PIMCO Kft. will increase to HUF 3,627,942,000, of which HUF 1,685,476,000 will be paid in cash in two instalments until 31 December 2024. In connection with the capital increase, the members will also make additional contributions, totalling - at the Hungarian National Bank EUR exchange rate of 6 November 2023 of 379.74 HUF - approximately HUF 4.411 billion, which will increase the capital in excess of the subscribed capital.
