Aberdeen Standard Investments Limited agreed to acquire Panattoni warehouse park VII in Warsaw from Panattoni Development Company, Inc. and Marvipol Development S.A. (WSE:MVP) for €27.5 million on October 23, 2019. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the month.
