São Paulo, January 26, 2016 - Marfrig Global Foods S.A. ("Marfrig" or "Company"), registered in the registry of corporate taxpayers (CNPJ/MF) under number 03,853,896/0001-40, further to the Notice to the Market of January 22, 2016, announces to the debenture holders of the 5th Issue of Mandatorily Convertible Debentures (ISIN: BRMRFGDBO019), the payment of interest, in accordance with Clause III.12.1 of the Debenture Indenture, in the aggregate amount of R$ 312,193,873.07, which corresponds to R$ 1,452.36851 per each of the 214,955 debentures issued.
The interest payment will be held on this date through the respective transfer agents, in the case of Debentures held in custody at the BM&FBOVESPA S.A. - Securities, Commodities and Futures Exchange, or through the procedures adopted by the transfer agent Itaú Corretora de Valores Mobiliários S.A. in the case of Debentures not held in custody at the BM&FBOVESPA.
