The Board of Directors of Malaysia Building Society Berhad has recommended a Single-Tier Final Dividend of 3.5 sen per Ordinary Share for the financial year ended 31 December 2023. Based on the total number of ordinary shares issued of 8,222,312,432 as at 31 December 2023, the Proposed Dividend payable would be approximately MYR 287.78 million. The Proposed Dividend will be fully paid in cash.
The approval for the Proposed Dividend will be sought at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
