On April 20, 2023, Magyar Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release regarding its results of operations and financial condition at and for the three and six months ended March 31, 2023. On April 20, 2023, the Company announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 4, 2023, payable on May 18, 2023.
