Magnum Ventures Limited announced that it expects to receive INR 112.5 million in funding from Zyana Stocks And Commodities

Magnum Ventures Limited announced a private placement of 7,500,000 convertible warrant at a price of INR 15 per share for the gross proceeds of INR 112,500,000 on June 5, 2024. The warrants will be convertible at an exercise price of INR 45 per share. The transaction will include participation from Zyana Stocks and Commodities, individual investors, Anshul Baser, Neha Nuwal, Sandeep Kumar Agarwal, Mala, Dilip Nanji Chheda.

The warrants will be allotted on preferential basis. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
