Magna Polonia S.A. announces an Equity Buyback for 2,800,000 shares, representing 20% of its issued share capital.

Magna Polonia S.A. (WSE:06N) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,800,000 shares, representing 20% of the issued share capital. The shares will be repurchased at a price not less than PLN 1 per share and not more than PLN 6.42 per share.

The share repurchase program is valid until November 30, 2019.
