Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 240,000 shares, representing 1.07% of its issued share capital for ¥200 million. The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency and increase shareholder returns. The program is valid till December 23, 2021. As of July 31, 2021, the company had 22,362,912 shares issued (excluding treasury stock) and 637,088 shares in treasury.
