The Board of Directors of MABUHAY VINYL CORPORATION ("Company") in its regular meeting held via remote communication today, 28 April 2022, approved the declaration of cash dividend out of the unrestricted retained earnings of the Company as of 31 December 2021 of 10% per share (PhP0.10/share) to stockholders of record as of the close of business hours on 26 May 2022, to be paid not later than 17 June 2022.
