The securities of M2 Group Ltd (the 'Company') will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 14 December 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, M2 Group Ltd (ACN 091 575 021) (M2) requests the implementation of a trading halt in its ordinary shares (ASX Code: MTU), from the commencement of trading on 11 December 2015.
For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, M2 provides the following information:
M2 requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of M2 making an announcement in relation to the matters referred to in paragraph (a) and the commencement of trading on Monday, 14 December 2015.
M2 is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
