Inner Mongolia Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire 5.59% stake in Inner Mongolia M-Grass Ecology And Environment (Group) Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300355) from Wang Zhaoming for approximately CNY 330 million on January 18, 2019. Under the agreement, Inner Mongolia Financial Asset Management will acquire 89.7 million shares at the price of CNY 3.65 per share.
