LZG International, Inc. (OTCPK:LZGI) acquired So Technology Ltd from Dent Global Limited, Richard Burch, Stephen Gray, and Mark Purdy for $2.8 million on September 22, 2022. Under the terms of transaction, $1 million will be paid in cash, $1.7625 as earnout in which $0.7 in cash and $1.0625 in shares will be paid. If the Final LZGI Stock Price equals or exceeds the Estimated LZGI Stock Price, there shall be no adjustment to the Purchase Price. Lex Nova Law LLC acted as legal advisor to LZG International, Inc.
