Lucapa Diamond Company Limited is an Australia-based diamond miner and explorer with assets across Africa and Australia. The Company owns approximately 40% interest in Lulo Mine (Lulo Diamond Project) and approximately 70% interest in Mothae Kimberlite Mine (Mothae Kimberlite Project). The Company also owns Merlin Diamond Project, which encompasses two tenements consisting of an approximately 24 square kilometers (km2) mineral lease and a 210 km2 exploration license, which encompasses the mineral lease. The mineral lease contains 11 previously discovered kimberlite pipes in three clusters namely North, Centre and South. Its Lulo Diamond Project is an approximately 3,000 km2 concession in Angola's Lunda Norte diamond heartland, approximately 630 kilometers (km) east of the Angolan capital of Luanda. The Mothae Kimberlite Project is located in the Kingdom of Lesotho, which is surrounded by South Africa.
