The Board of Directors approved 2021 Employees' Compensation in cash
totaling TWD 14,510,000 and Directors' and Supervisors Remuneration
in cash totaling.  TWD 8,690,000.
The above amount is the same as the amount recognized in the 2021
financial statement.
